Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

If you need a different size, a one-time exchange is available, subject to stock availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply unless the item you received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, QORZEN will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
